In Monday's non-league outing, the Lewisburg Green Dragons (Lewisburg, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jersey Shore Bulldogs (Jersey Shore, PA), by a count of 69-39.

The Green Dragons (3-5) will now prepare for their outing against Central Columbia (Bloomsburg, PA). The Bluejays go into the non-league outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Central Columbia smashed Bloomsburg (Bloomsburg, PA), 45-41, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Shamokin Area Indians (Coal Township, PA) in a Heartland I challenge, on Wednesday, January 4. Jersey Shore will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 5-2 record after their 32-31 non-league loss to Pottsville (Pottsville, PA).
