The Alexander Trojans (Alexander, NY) basketball knocked off the host School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY), 60-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their test against Notre Dame (Batavia, NY). The Fighting Irish go into the Section 5 Genesee 2 test with a 6-1 record.

The Silverhawks now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Northeast/Northwest College Prep for a Section 5 Rochester City - Lower test on Friday, January 5. School of the Arts will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 87-56 non-league loss to Wilson Magnet (Rochester, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 1-1.
