The Polar Bears now sport a 9-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Snook for a non-league battle on Friday, January 5. Frost will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 44-41 non-league win over Valley Mills (Valley Mills, TX). The Bluejays record now stands at 7-12.

The Cougars (6-12) will now prepare for their battle against Jonesboro (Jonesboro, TX). The Eagles come into the 1A Region IV District 25 battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Jonesboro prevailed over Gholson (Waco, TX), 46-28, in a league battle.
