With the victory, Waynflete upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Flyers travel to Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME) to play the Capers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Capers come into the bout with a record of 0-6. Cape Elizabeth lost 55-32 in their recent league bout against York (York, ME)

Next up, the Seahawks play the Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Boothbay will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Black Bears come into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 91-41 non-league win over Waterville (Waterville, ME).
