Kentucky High School Basketball - Carlisle County tipped by Calloway County

The Calloway County Lakers basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Carlisle County Comets to 68 in the Lakers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Lakers now sport a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host McCracken County for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9.

The Comets (6-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fulton County (Hickman, KY). The Pilots enter the District 1 contest with a 1-9 record. In their last contest, Fulton County was nudged by Manassas (Memphis, TN), 60-50, in a non-league contest.
