Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans (High Point, NC) and the visiting Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC), saw Wesleyan Christian Academy's basketball squad knock off Charlotte Country Day School by a count of 61-50.

With the victory, Wesleyan Christian Academy upgrades its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC) to play the Bengals in a NCISAA Piedmont challenge on Friday, January 5. The Bengals come into the challenge with a record of 16-5. Greensboro Day School lost 53-42 in their recent league challenge against Calvary Day School (Winston-Salem, NC)

Next up, the Buccaneers play the Ravenscroft Ravens (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Charlotte Country Day School will attempt to upgrade on its 13-4 season record.
