Ohio High School Basketball - St. Paul tops Edison

St. Paul Flyers (Norwalk, OH) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Edison Chargers (Milan, OH), 50-31 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, St. Paul upgrades its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Flyers host Monroeville (Monroeville, OH) to play the Eagles in a Firelands bout on Friday, January 5. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-5. Monroeville won 60-48 in their recent league bout against South Central (Greenwich, OH)

Next up, the Chargers play the Port Clinton Redskins (Port Clinton, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - Bay bout, on Thursday, January 4. Edison will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Redskins come into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 70-44 non-league win over Woodmore (Elmore, OH).
