Evergreen Vikings (Metamora, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Otsego Knights (Tontogany, OH), 66-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Evergreen upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The Vikings travel to North Central (Pioneer, OH) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-4.

Next up, the Knights play the Maumee Panthers (Maumee, OH) in a Northern Buckeye bout, on Saturday, January 6. Otsego will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 47-33 non-league loss to Delta (Delta, OH).
