The Long Prairie-Grey Eagle Thunder basketball team (Long Prairie, MN), was overwhelmed 72-32 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Foley Falcons (Foley, MN)
The Falcons now possess a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Milaca for a AA Section 6 battle on Friday, January 5. Foley will battle a Wolves team coming off a 58-55 league win over Rush City (Rush City, MN). The Wolves record now stands at 1-6.
The Thunder (2-7) will now prepare for their battle against Browerville (Browerville, MN). The Tigers come into the A Section 5 battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Browerville was overwhelmed by Staples-Motley (Staples, MN), 68-55, in a non-league battle.
