Ponaganset Chieftains (North Scituate, RI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they observed their basketball team run past the visiting Highlander Charter (Warren, RI), 43-34 in a league game.

With the defeat, Highlander Charter moves to 1-1 on the year. The host Achievement First Providence (Providence, RI) to face the Falcons in a Division 3 game on Friday, January 19. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 0-4.
