Houston Christian Mustangs (Houston, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Village Vikings (Houston, TX), 78-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Houston Christian upgrades its record to 19-4 on the season. The Mustangs host Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Friday, January 5. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 6-12. Concordia Lutheran lost 94-86 in their recent non-league bout against St. Thomas Episcopal (Houston, TX)

Next up, the Vikings play the Salt and Light Homeschool Eagles (Conroe, TX) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Village will attempt to upgrade on its 11-12 season record.
