Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the LaFayette Ramblers (LaFayette, GA) and the host Whitwell Tigers (Whitwell, TN), saw LaFayette's basketball squad wallop Whitwell by a tally of 69-39.

With the victory, LaFayette improves its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Ramblers travel to Adairsville (Adairsville, GA) to play the Tigers in a AAA Region 6 challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 5-8. Adairsville lost 75-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Calhoun (Calhoun, GA)

Next up, the Tigers play the Copper Basin Cougars (Copperhill, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 5. Whitwell will attempt to improve on its 2-12 season record.
