Lehigh Valley Academy Jaguars (Bethlehem, PA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Salisbury Township Falcons (Allentown, PA), 42-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lehigh Valley Academy upgrades its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Morrisville (Morrisville, PA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a record of 0-10. Morrisville lost 86-49 in their recent league bout against Faith Christian Academy (Sellersville, PA)

Next up, the Falcons play the Northern Lehigh Bulldogs (Slatington, PA) in a Colonial - West bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Salisbury Township will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Bulldogs come into the bout with a 2-6 record after their 75-62 non-league win over Jim Thorpe (Jim Thorpe, PA).
