In their next game, the Wolves face the Hereford Whitefaces (Hereford, TX) in a 4A Region I District 4 game, on Friday, January 5. West Plains will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record. The Whitefaces enter the game with a 14-3 record after their 62-53 non-league win over Cooper (Abilene, TX).

With the defeat, Liberty moves to 11-11 on the year. The Patriots travel to Abernathy (Abernathy, TX) to face the Antelopes in a 3A Region I District 2 game on Friday, January 5. The Antelopes enter the game with a record of 8-9. Abernathy won 63-45 in their recent non-league game against Tulia (Tulia, TX)
