Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Logan-Magnolia Panthers (Logan, IA) and the visiting West Monona Spartans (Onawa, IA), saw Logan-Magnolia's basketball squad overcome West Monona by a tally of 63-55.

With the victory, Logan-Magnolia improves its record to 4-6 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Riverside (Oakland, IA) to confront the Bulldogs in a Western Iowa challenge on Friday, January 5. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Riverside won 60-51 in their recent league challenge against Tri-Center (Neola, IA)

Next up, the Spartans confront the Tekamah-Herman Tigers (Tekamah, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. West Monona will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 67-31 non-league win over Homer (Homer, NE).
