With the win, Melrose upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Red Raiders host Burlington (Burlington, MA) to play the Red Devils in a Middlesex bout on Friday, January 5. The Red Devils go into the bout with a record of 3-4. Burlington won 55-54 in their recent league bout against Arlington (Arlington, MA)

Next up, the Red & Black play the Woburn Memorial Tanners (Woburn, MA) in a Middlesex bout, on Friday, January 5. Winchester will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Tanners go into the bout with a 1-5 record after their 59-47 league loss to Watertown (Watertown, MA).
