In Tuesday's league outing, the Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ) basketball squad edged the host Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ), by a count of 50-46.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Solebury (New Hope, PA). The Spartans come into the non-league bout with a 5-5 record. In their last bout, Solebury was edged by Life Center Academy (Burlington, NJ), 73-63, in a league bout.

Next up, the Irish play the West Windsor-Plainsboro North Knights (Plainsboro, NJ) in a Colonial Valley bout, on Friday, January 5. Notre Dame will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 58-48 league loss to West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ).
