Western Christian Wolfpack (Hull, IA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Worthington Trojans (Worthington, MN), 100-77 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Western Christian upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Wolfpack host Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA) to confront the Stars in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Stars come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Sioux City North lost 71-60 in their recent league challenge against Le Mars (Le Mars, IA)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Mankato West Scarlets (Mankato, MN) in a AAA Section 2 challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Worthington will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Scarlets come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 71-69 non-league loss to Mound-Westonka (Mound, MN).
