Addison Trail Blazers (Addison, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host West Chicago Wildcats (West Chicago, IL), 43-26 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Addison Trail upgrades its record to 6-10 on the season. The Blazers host Hinsdale South (Darien, IL) to clash with the Hornets in a West Suburban - Gold bout on Friday, January 5. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 14-4. Hinsdale South won 39-37 in their recent non-league bout against Minooka (Minooka, IL)

Next up, the Wildcats clash with the Fenton Bison (Bensenville, IL) in a Upstate Eight bout, on Thursday, January 4. West Chicago will attempt to upgrade on its 14-5 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 64-28 league loss to Streamwood (Streamwood, IL).
