With the victory, East Lawrence improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Eagles host Good Hope (Cullman, AL) to confront the Raiders in a 4A Area 13 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 17-2. Good Hope won 48-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL)

Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Falkville Blue Devils (Falkville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Addison will attempt to improve on its 2-15 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 9-9 record after their 45-36 non-league win over Athens Bible (Athens, AL).
