Nebraska High School Basketball - Tri County can't hold off Exeter-Milligan/Friend

The Tri County Trojans basketball team (DeWitt, NE), was nudged 40-39 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats (Exeter, NE)

The Bobcats now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southern for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 4. Exeter-Milligan/Friend will battle a Raiders team coming off a 56-14 non-league loss to Freeman (Adams, NE). The Raiders record now stands at 0-8.

The Trojans (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against Fairbury (Fairbury, NE). The Jeffs come into the non-league battle with a 4-7 record. In their last battle, Fairbury was nudged by Superior (Superior, NE), 67-31, in a non-league battle.
