In Tuesday's non-league outing, the West Plains Wolves (Amarillo, TX) basketball squad felled the visiting Liberty Patriots (Lubbock, TX), by a margin of 56-37.

The Wolves (14-7) will now prepare for their outing against Pampa (Pampa, TX). The Harvesters go into the 4A Region I District 4 outing with a 15-7 record.

The Patriots now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to Abernathy for a 3A Region I District 2 outing on Friday, January 5. Liberty will clash with a Antelopes squad coming off a 53-50 non-league win over Montwood (El Paso, TX). The Antelopes record now stands at 13-8.
