In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Logan County Cougars basketball squad scored a nice 53-35 victory over the Ohio County Eagles.

With the victory, Logan County improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Cougars host Russellville (Russellville, KY) to confront the Panthers in a District 13 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 1-10. Russellville lost 85-19 in their recent non-league challenge against Greenwood (Bowling Green, KY)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Caldwell County Tigers (Princeton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 6. Ohio County will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record.
