The Philip Scotties basketball team (Philip, SD), was toppled 58-44 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Sully Buttes Chargers (Onida, SD)
The Chargers now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highmore/Harrold for a B Region 6 battle on Friday, January 5. Sully Buttes will confront a Pirates team coming off a 63-23 non-league win over Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 3-4.
The Scotties (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Hill City (Hill City, SD). The Rangers come into the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Hill City was toppled by Spearfish (Spearfish, SD), 43-32, in a non-league battle.
