With the victory, Riverside upgrades its record to 15-4 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to Buffalo Island Central (Monette, AR) to play the Mustangs in a 2A Region 3 challenge on Friday, January 5. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 8-8. Buffalo Island Central lost 66-36 in their recent non-league challenge against Harding Academy (Searcy, AR)

Next up, the Warriors play the Highland Rebels (Hardy, AR) in a 4A Region 3 challenge, on Friday, January 5. Westside will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Rebels come into the challenge with a 5-11 record after their 49-38 league loss to Brookland (Brookland, AR).
