The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ) and the visiting Oakcrest Falcons (Mays Landing, NJ), observed Cherry Hill East's basketball team overwhelm Oakcrest by a score of 97-57.

The Cougars (7-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NJ). The Greyhounds come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Pleasantville was ripped by Millville (Millville, NJ), 47-45, in a non-league bout.

With the loss, Oakcrest falls to 0-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Buena (Buena, NJ) to play the Chiefs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Chiefs go into the bout with a record of 2-4.
