The Miami Valley Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 86 points and limited the visiting Reading Blue Devils to 67 in the Lions non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Lions now have a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Middletown Christian for a non-league game on Saturday, January 4. Miami Valley Christian Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 89-62 non-league loss to Oyler (Cincinnati, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, Reading falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Deer Park (Cincinnati, OH) to confront the Wildcats in a Cincinnati Hills game on Saturday, January 4. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 2-2.
