Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Pittston routs Nativity BVM

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Pittston Patriots basketball team scored a big 86-65 triumph over the Nativity BVM Green Wave.

The Patriots (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Greater Nanticoke Area (Nanticoke, PA). The Trojans go into the Wyoming Valley 1 contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Greater Nanticoke Area smashed Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA), 35-30, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Green Wave battle the Tamaqua Blue Raiders (Tamaqua, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Nativity BVM will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Blue Raiders go into the contest with a 2-8 record after their 76-67 non-league win over Schuylkill Haven (Schuylkill Haven, PA).
