In Thursday's non-league test, the Noble Knights (North Berwick, ME) basketball squad defeated the visiting Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME), by a final score of 73-53.

Next, the Knights clash with the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots (Gray, ME) in a A South test, on Saturday, January 4. Noble will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 54-46 non-league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME).

The Trojans (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Red Eddies come into the non-league test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Edward Little overcame Bonny Eagle (Standish, ME), 61-48, in a non-league test.
