The St. Genevieve Valiants basketball squad scored 77 points and held the visiting Valley Torah Wolfpack to 76 in the Valiants non-league victory on Thursday.

With the victory, St. Genevieve advances its record to 9-9 on the year. The Valiants host Mary Star of the Sea (San Pedro, CA) to face the Stars in a Santa Fe match on Monday, January 6. The Stars enter the match with a record of 12-5. Mary Star of the Sea won 76-35 in their recent non-league match against Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA)

The Wolfpack now own a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Monica Academy for a Heritage match on Monday, January 6. Valley Torah will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 69-57 league loss to Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-7.
