Rhode Island High School Basketball - Central overwhelms Achievement First Providence

The Central Knights basketball team scored 46 points and limited the visiting Achievement First Providence Falcons to 12 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.
The Knights now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Woonsocket for a Division III game on Monday, January 6. Central will play a Villa Novans team coming off a 60-32 league loss to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI). The Villa Novans record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Achievement First Providence falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Davies Career & Tech (Lincoln, RI) to play the Patriots in a Division III game on Friday, January 3. The Patriots go into the game with a record of 1-2.
