The Clinton Yellowjackets basketball team scored 68 points and limited the visiting Norfork Panthers to 40 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Yellowjackets now have a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Beebe for a non-league game on Friday, January 3.

With the loss, Norfork falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Panthers host West Side (Greers Ferry, AR) to confront the Eagles in a 1A Region 2 game on Tuesday, January 7. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 22-3. West Side won 60-51 in their recent non-league game against Cabot (Cabot, AR)
