In Thursday's league contest, the host Greely Rangers basketball team scored a good 37-26 triumph over the Fryeburg Raiders.
The Rangers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME). The Patriots go into the A South contest with a 7-2 record.
In their next game, the Raiders battle the Kennebunk Rams (Kennebunk, ME) in a A South contest, on Saturday, January 4. Fryeburg will attempt to better on its 1-8 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 59-21 non-league win over Massabesic (Waterboro, ME).
