The Kennedy Knights basketball team scored 69 points and limited the host Roosevelt Educational Roughriders to 39 in the Knights league triumph on Thursday.

The Knights now have a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Marshall Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 7. Kennedy will confront a Panthers team coming off a 68-46 non-league win over Columbus (Bronx, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 7-1.

With the loss, Roosevelt Educational falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Roughriders host Columbus (Bronx, NY) to confront the Sharks in a PSAL 4A Bronx game on Tuesday, January 7. The Sharks go into the game with a record of 3-5. Columbus lost 68-46 in their recent non-league game against Marshall Academy (New York, NY)
