The New Prague Trojans (New Prague, MN) basketball edged the host St. Peter Saints (St. Peter, MN), 67-60 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now possess a 7-2 record. They play next when they travel to Century for a AAAA Section 1 bout on Tuesday, January 7. New Prague will play a Panthers team coming off a 63-45 non-league loss to Woodbury (Woodbury, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 2-11.
With the loss, St. Peter falls to 7-2 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Worthington (Worthington, MN) to play the Trojans in a AAA Section 2 bout on Friday, January 3. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 1-8.
