Nevada High School Flag Football - Pinecrest Academy Cadence holds off Coronado

The Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars flag football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Coronado Cougars to 21 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Cougars now sport a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chaparral for a non-league test on Monday, January 6. Pinecrest Academy Cadence will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 48-0 league loss to Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV). The Cowboys record now stands at 3-1.

With the defeat, Coronado drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Palo Verde (Las Vegas, NV) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, January 2. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 7-1. Palo Verde won 26-19 in their recent league test against Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV)
