California High School Basketball - Homestead routs Leigh

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Homestead Mustangs basketball team scored a big 55-33 triumph over the Leigh Longhorns.
The Mustangs (8-2) will now prepare for their contest against Los Altos (Los Altos, CA). The Eagles go into the contest with a 8-4 record. In their last contest, Los Altos was trounced by Mills (Millbrae, CA), 33-22, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Longhorns confront the James Lick Comets (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 4. Leigh will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record.
