    The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Sutton Sammies/Suzies (Sutton, MA) and the visiting Hudson Hawks (Hudson, MA), observed Sutton's basketball team overwhelm Hudson by a score of 56-34.

    The Sammies/Suzies (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Nipmuc Regional (Upton, MA). The Warriors come into the non-league match with a 5-1 record. In their last match, Nipmuc Regional overwhelmed Bellingham (Bellingham, MA), 46-41, in a non-league match.

    The Hawks now own a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Clinton for a Midland-Wachusett C match on Tuesday, January 6. Hudson will face a Gaels squad coming off a 55-35 non-league loss to Nashoba Regional (Bolton, MA). The Gaels record now stands at 2-2.
