    In Thursday's non-league outing, the Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) basketball squad nipped the visiting Donovan Catholic Griffins (Toms River, NJ), by a margin of 49-44.

    The Bucs (6-6) will now prepare for their outing against Howell (Farmingdale, NJ). The Rebels go into the non-league outing with a 7-4 record. In their last outing, Howell got by Neptune (Neptune, NJ), 51-45, in a non-league outing.

    The Griffins now own a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Brick Township for a non-league outing on Friday, January 21.
