Academy with Community Partners Lions (Mesa, AZ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Imagine Prep Coolidge Eagles (Coolidge, AZ), 60-34 in a league bout.

With the win, Academy with Community Partners upgrades its record to 4-6 on the season. The Lions host James Madison Preparatory School (Tempe, AZ) to play the Patriots in a Canyon Division 1 - Sahuaro bout on Monday, January 23. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 3-5. James Madison Preparatory School lost 71-37 in their recent non-league bout against Berean Academy (Sierra Vista, AZ)

Next up, the Eagles play the Verde Valley Coyotes (Sedona, AZ) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Imagine Prep Coolidge will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
