Iowa High School Basketball - Alta-Aurelia knocked off by East Sac County

The East Sac County Raiders basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Alta-Aurelia Warriors to 47 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest Webster for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. East Sac County will battle a Cougars team coming off a 80-35 non-league win over Storm Lake St. Mary (Storm Lake, IA). The Cougars record now stands at 7-4.
The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their contest against Sioux Central (Sioux Rapids, IA). The Rebels enter the Twin Lakes contest with a 13-0 record. In their last contest, Sioux Central ran past South Central Calhoun (Lake City, IA), 84-55, in a league contest.
