Illinois High School Basketball - Knoxville can't hold off Annawan

The Annawan Braves basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the visiting Knoxville Blue Bullets to 47 in the Braves league victory on Friday.
The Braves now sport a 8-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Galva for a Lincoln Trail contest on Tuesday, January 24. Annawan will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 70-54 league loss to Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-22.
The Blue Bullets (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Farmington (Farmington, IL). The Farmers come into the non-league contest with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Farmington edged Elmwood (Elmwood, IL), 52-38, in a league contest.
