In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Plattsburgh Hornets basketball team scored a tight 50-43 triumph over the AuSable Valley Patriots.
In their next game, the Hornets meet the Beekmantown Eagles (Plattsburgh, NY) in a Section 7 Champlain Valley I match, on Friday, January 27. Plattsburgh will attempt to better on its 4-9 season record.
