With the win, Southside Christian upgrades its record to 2-10 on the season. The Warriors travel to Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC) to clash with the in a NCCSA AA East Region 3 bout on Tuesday, January 24. The go into the bout with a record of 6-14. Wilson Christian Academy lost 71-35 in their recent non-league bout against Fellowship Baptist Academy (Durham, NC)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots (Wilmington, NC) in a NCCSA AA East Region 4 bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Bethel Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 5-8 record after their 44-42 league loss to Greenville Christian Academy (Greenville, NC).
