The Booker T. Washington Lions basketball team (New Orleans, LA), dropped 54-45 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA)
The Bearkats now possess a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rayville for a non-league battle on Saturday, January 21. Bossier will battle a Hornets team coming off a 73-41 league win over Oak Grove (Oak Grove, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 18-6.
The Lions (3-13) will now prepare for their battle against North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA). The Griffins come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, North DeSoto dropped by Glenbrook (Minden, LA), 51-49, in a non-league battle.
