Minnesota High School Basketball - Brooklyn Center knocked off by Richfield

The Richfield Spartans basketball team scored 95 points and held the visiting Brooklyn Center Centaurs to 75 in the Spartans league triumph on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Columbia Heights for a AAA Section 4 contest on Tuesday, January 24. Richfield will meet a Hylanders team coming off a 83-79 non-league win over Princeton (Princeton, MN). The Hylanders record now stands at 4-7.
The Centaurs (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Kennedy (Bloomington, MN). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 3-8 record. In their last game, Kennedy lost by Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN), 77-54, in a non-league game.
