The Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes (Calhoun Falls, SC) basketball felled the host Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), 70-55 in Friday's non-league test.

The Blue Flashes (14-2) will now prepare for their test against Ware Shoals (Ware Shoals, SC). The Hornets go into the A Region 2 test with a 5-5 record. In their last test, Ware Shoals went down by McCormick (McCormick, SC), 79-36, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 7-14 record. They play next when they host Chapman for a AAA Region 3 test on Tuesday, January 24. Carolina Academy will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 64-60 league loss to Broome (Spartanburg, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 4-15.
