The Southwest Virginia Academy Conquerors basketball team (Roanoke, VA), dropped 97-81 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Carlisle Chiefs (Axton, VA)
The Chiefs now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Cross for a non-league battle on Monday, January 23. Carlisle will battle a Raiders team coming off a 56-48 non-league win over Covington (Covington, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 7-5.
The Conquerors (7-12) will now prepare for their battle against Mountain Mission (Grundy, VA). The Challengers come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record.
