Minnesota High School Basketball - Champlin Park overwhelmed by Wayzata

The Wayzata Trojans basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the visiting Champlin Park Rebels to 43 in the Trojans non-league victory on Friday.
The Trojans now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eden Prairie for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 24. Wayzata will battle a Eagles team coming off a 73-57 non-league loss to St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 8-5.
The Rebels (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson come into the AAAA Section 5 contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Maple Grove triumphed over Coon Rapids (Coon Rapids, MN), 72-41, in a non-league contest.
