Charles Page Sandites (Sand Springs, OK) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Claremore Zebras (Claremore, OK), 66-48 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Charles Page upgrades its record to 7-7 on the campaign. The Sandites travel to Verdigris (Claremore, OK) to play the Cardinals in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 21. The Cardinals come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Verdigris lost 70-37 in their recent non-league bout against Inola (Inola, OK)

Next up, the Zebras play the Glenpool Warriors (Glenpool, OK) in a Metro Lakes bout, on Tuesday, January 24. Claremore will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Warriors come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 66-36 league win over Skiatook (Skiatook, OK).
